Bath-based property developer, Kersfield, has commenced work on eight stunning new properties in the heart of the city’s artisan district.

Previously home to a reclamation yard specialising in reclaimed building materials and architectural salvage, the development will consist of eight three-bedroom houses, all with underground parking.

Designed by local architects, The Nash Partnership, the new properties will help transform the area into an attractive gated development.

“We have been mindful throughout the planning and design process to reflect the character of the area as much possible, while creating beautifully finished properties. Owing to the location and specification, we expect to see high demand from the local market including downsizers,” said David Newton, Chief Executive at Kersfield.

The houses will be built in an artisan style and as with all Kersfield properties, they will benefit from high quality finishes throughout. Residents will enjoy the best of both worlds with the community feel of Walcot Street on their doorstep and Bath city centre a short walk away.
